Required skills
- Experience. Proven expertise in your field and troubleshooting today’s training technologies.
- Communication. Excellent capability of communicating professionally, productively and concisely through various forms of communication.
- Responsibility. Ability to manage your own time and meet deadlines.
- Dependability. A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
- Reliability. High-speed, better than reliable internet connection and necessary tools to perform the job remotely.
- Tech Proficiency. Skilled at PowerPoint, teaching from digital workbooks, and facilitating in various platforms including Zoom, MS Teams, Webex and Adobe Connect, as well as using all of their engagement tools.
- Wanderlust. A desire to travel to various domestic and international destinations to facilitate training in-person.
Essentials for an optimal training
- Professional appearance and dress
- A laptop/computer (dual monitor preferred)
- High quality camera/video and sound
- High-speed internet access
- Professional background or green screen
- A quiet, distraction-free space to facilitate from
- Ability to utilize and teach attendees to use virtual engagement tools such as Chat, Breakout Rooms, Polls, Whiteboard, Annotation, Reactions, etc.
