In-Person Workshops
We recommend bringing your own device (phone, laptop or tablet). Please download the interactive workbook PDF from your event reminder email before the event. While water is provided, you’re welcome to bring coffee, soda, or snacks if you prefer.
There is no formal dress code for our events. Most attendees opt for business casual attire, but you’re free to dress in whatever makes you comfortable. We suggest bringing a jacket or sweater in case the room is cool.
We strive to host our events at locations with ample free parking, but some venues may only offer paid parking. We recommend checking with the facility in advance to find out about free parking options nearby.
Registration begins 45 minutes before the event starts. Please refer to the building directory for the event location. Our trainer will greet you, facilitate contactless check-in, and guide you to your seat. Aim to be ready 10 minutes before the event begins.
We schedule several short breaks throughout the day for stretching, restroom use or grabbing a drink. Lunch is on your own from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with nearby restaurants available. Many participants choose to dine together and network during this time.
Your trainer has carefully curated a selection of top-quality materials to enhance your learning experience. Shared by the trainer throughout the course, these resources will also be available for purchase.
Our training sessions are conducted by seasoned professionals who are experts in their respective fields. Each trainer is carefully chosen for their extensive knowledge, practical experience, and dedication to helping you achieve your professional development goals.
Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to meet other professionals and peers from your area. Most participants are enthusiastic about networking and sharing information, job leads and more.
We understand that occasionally things happen beyond your control, making cancellation unavoidable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations occurring 5 business days or less before the event will be eligible for a one-time transfer to a future event. Refer to the confirmation number received upon registration and notify us by email at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-873-7545 prior to the date of the event. Post-event cancellations will be ineligible for transfer and the registrant will be liable for the entire course fee.

Live Virtual Workshops
A virtual seminar is a live, instructor-led experience. One or two days before the actual date of your seminar (also referred to as a course or workshop), you’ll receive an email with a link and a unique registration ID you’ll use to connect to the training. It will also include an additional link to the course materials along with any additional instructions you’ll need.
About 15 minutes before the scheduled start of your workshop, you’ll be able to log on from your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone and join the event. Your unique registration ID may only be used once.

Yes! At SkillPath, we want to make sure that all customers have equal access to our training resources, so we are pleased to offer closed captioning on all virtual seminars (including breakout rooms!). Attendees need to simply click the CC button on the tool bar at the bottom of their meeting screen.

If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least five business days before the event. If you cancel fewer than five business days before the event, we’ll credit your account for a future webinar. On-Demand Training
SkillPath on-demand training provides 24/7 online access to a wide range of high-demand business and software courses. Training is delivered in a convenient, flexible and user-friendly format, allowing you to pause, resume and repeat courses as needed. You can learn at your own pace on any device — from work, home or on the go.
Individual learners will receive an invite via email with instructions for setting up their credentials and accessing their account.
After logging in, any courses purchased will appear in the “Activity/My Learning” section of your Learner Dashboard.
SkillPath OnDemand operates on a cloud-based platform, so a strong internet connection is essential. If you're using a business device, we recommend working with your IT department to allow the following domains:

Yes, many of our video programs include closed captioning in English and Spanish. You can find the list of programs by expanding the “Subtitles” filter.
Yes! You can purchase our on-demand training for groups, allowing each person to learn at their own pace. To track individual progress within a group, we recommend our LXP product, which provides better oversight of learner engagement.
