SkillPath Hires Erica Jones as First Chief Growth Officer

Seasoned executive brings more than 20 years of experience in strategy, brand leadership and revenue growth to accelerate SkillPath’s next phase of growth

MISSION, Kan. (July 16, 2026) — SkillPath, a leader in professional development training since 1989, today announced the appointment of Erica Jones as its first chief growth officer, a newly created executive role focused on expanding the organization’s reach, strengthening revenue strategy and accelerating scalable growth.  

In this role, Jones will lead SkillPath’s enterprise growth strategy, with responsibility for revenue generation, demand generation and pipeline creation. Jones will also identify new market opportunities, geographic expansions and strategic partnerships that position SkillPath to serve more professionals and organizations with flexible, high-impact learning solutions.  

Jones brings more than 20 years of diverse executive experience across external consulting and in-house corporate settings. Known for pairing big-picture strategy with disciplined execution while leveraging vast networks to drive new business, she has led strategic brand initiatives, internal and external messaging strategies, executive communications and corporate vision, purpose and values work for organizations navigating growth and transformation.
